Company Culture

Siena Engineering Group’s family first culture ensures that our growing company retains a small company feel and intimate work environment. Employees generally have been with Siena for longer than eight years with many over ten years in tenure.  In addition to our support of the community, we do a number of activities together which include monthly employee events, family outings, bagel Wednesdays, welcome lunches, holiday parties and summer outings.  Our work environment is professional but casual.

Supporting the Community

At Siena Engineering Group, we wholeheartedly believe we have a responsibility to the communities in which we live and work.  We as an organization have the power to bring positive, measurable change to the communities we hold dear to us.  As a company, we encourage our employees to participate in activities that provide in-kind and financial donations to support our local communities.  As a result of these actions, we are able to provide positive experiences to local charities and organizations while working together as a company to develop internal and external relationships, and having fun while doing so.
 
We proudly support and participate in a large number of charitable events including The Garth G. Tolman Scholarship Fund benefiting Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School, The Pan Mass Challenge, The National Society of Black Engineers, the Elizabeth Todorov Holiday Toy Drive, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, and the Burlington High School Boosters charity basketball game with the New England Patriots!
